PrimeMed is conveniently located in Saint Augustine at 3100 US Highway 1 South, Suite #2, St. Augustine, FL 32086.

• If you are heading South on US Hwy 1, we are located 2 miles south of Flagler Hospital. You will pass Ace Hardware on the left side, and we are the building next door to Matress Firm. We will be in the double door to the right when looking at the building. 
• When driving North on US Hwy 1, we are 1 mile North of Old Moultrie Road on the right, before Matress Firm. There is a large business complex sign in the same plaza with our name and VOMC listed at the top.

Hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, closing for lunch between 12:30-1:30.
