• If you are driving southbound on I-295 West Beltway, exit at Roosevelt Blvd. (State Road 17) and go south 1.6 miles. Turn right onto Kingsley Avenue and the PrimeMed clinic will be .8 mile on the left, over the rail road tracks, next door to the Dollar General store.
• If you are driving northbound on I-295 West Beltway, exit at Roosevelt Blvd. (State Road 15) and go south 1.7 miles. Turn right onto Kingsley Avenue and the PrimeMed clinic will be .8 mile on the left, before the railroad tracks.

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
